Nobody calls to ask if your place is clean.

They look at your photos and decide. Before anyone visits, they're quietly asking: Where do I park? Is it clean? Who's actually going to do the work? What happens when I walk in? Why this place instead of the one down the street?

If your photos don't answer, people guess. Or they pick someone whose photos do.

Customer parking and front entrance at ABR Houston

Where do I park?

And which door do I use? A photo of the lot and the entrance answers it before anyone has to call.

Is it clean?

Customers judge the waiting room, the counter and the restroom before they ever see your work.

Who's actually doing the work?

Real people doing real work. Not a stock photo of a handshake.

Service advisor walking around a customer's vehicle at drop-off, ABR Houston

What happens at drop-off?

Show the first five minutes of a visit, and the rest stops feeling like a gamble.

Ultrasonic parts cleaner in the ABR Houston service shop

Why here and not down the street?

Plenty of shops clean parts in an ultrasonic tank. The one that shows it gets the credit.

Technician running factory diagnostics on a Mercedes-Benz at ABR Houston West

Can I do good work here?

The technician you want to hire is asking this. Factory tools and clean bays answer it.

How it works

1. Free walkthrough. I come by and walk your business with you for about 30 minutes, and point out what customers aren't being shown.

2. Shot plan. You get a written list of what we'll photograph and why. Nothing gets shot without a reason.

3. Photo day. Usually 1 to 2 hours on site, working around your customers.

4. Your photos. Edited and sorted by where they go: website, Google, social media, job posts. Yours to use anywhere.

Who it's for

Built for businesses people walk into.

Restaurants and bars. Salons and spas. Auto shops. Retail stores. Dental, medical and real estate offices. If customers come through your door, they're making up their minds before they arrive.

The best fit is a business past the startup stage, with a team, a location, and customers who already come back.

Founding client rate: 10 of 10 spots left.

I'm taking on 10 businesses at a reduced rate. In return, your business becomes a case study on this site, and you share a few simple numbers (Google views and calls, inquiries, job applicants) before the shoot and again 30 and 90 days after.

Ask about it on your free walkthrough.

About Rene

Fourteen years on the business side first.

I started as a technician and spent the next decade running service departments, where my job was figuring out why customers chose us, or didn't. Now I bring that to the camera.

I photograph every project myself.

Let's take a look.

The walkthrough is free and takes about 30 minutes. Worst case, you walk away with a few ideas your competitors haven't noticed.
