Reliable Photo, Inc offers you two convenient payment methods:

1. Prepaid: Determine the total cost, including s/h, and include a check or money order with each order.
2. Credit Card: We accept Visa, Mastercard, or Discover. Please include account number and expiration date, 3 digit cvs code on the back of the card, and the billing address.

Orders placed to Reliable Photo, Inc. must be clearly instructed for printing, and a daytime phone number must be included with the order. All Illinois residents will be charged sales tax of 10%. All resale accounts within Illinois must include a sales tax exempt number. Prices and services are subject to change without notice. Prices listed on this website are subject to change without notice and are based on professional wholesale volume. There are no discounts from prices listed. Please make two seperate orders for reorders and fresh film. This will avoid any substantial delays with your order!

Any order short on payment will not be shipped and the customer will be notified by mail. All returned checks for NSF are subject to a $35.00 service charge and will be prosecuted to the fullest allowed by law.

SHIPPING & HANDLING
All orders are shipped FedEx Ground. Add $8.50 for reasonable quantity orders. For larger quantities, call our customer service. Federal Express, Airborne, and U.S. Mail Express Services are also available. For Next Day shipping, add $35.00. For Second Day shipping, add $25.00. These terms apply only to domestic shipping. For any shipping outside the U.S., please call for shipping details. All mounted prints are shipped via U.S. Mail.

DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times do not include weekends or holidays. Service times are approximate and will vary depending on order size and complexity as well as time of year. If you have a specific deadline, call our customer service ahead of time.

LIMIT OF LIABILITY
Reliable Photo Inc. will handle your work with the utmost possible care. If for any reason your work is damaged or lost, the customer agrees to accept an equivalent amount of unexposed film and processing. Except for this agreement, Reliable Photo Inc. is not responsible for damage, loss or delay caused by shipping carriers. Reliable Photo Inc. is not responsible for accepted damaged packages. Reliable Photo Inc. is not responsible for any packages lost that are shipped by U.S. Mail.

COPYRIGHTED MATERIALS
Any copyrighted materials submitted for reproduction must be accompanied by a copyright release signed by the copyright holder or authorized agent. Purchaser and their client agree to hold harmless and to indemnify Reliable Photo Inc. for all costs, expenses, attorney fees, or judgements resulting in any claim or lawsuit against Reliable Photo Inc. for copyright infringement.
